Meet the Doctor
Dr. Evan Bumgarner
Dr. Bumgarner earned his Bachelor's in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, then his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master's in Sport Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri.
A three-sport athlete at Grand Junction High School, Dr. Bumgarner's love of baseball carried him to Nebraska for two years of collegiate play. That athletic background shaped his professional path — after graduating, he mentored under a chiropractor who showed him how his passion for performance could be channeled into helping others heal.
Dr. Bumgarner believes the combination of chiropractic care and physical therapy plays a critical role in pain relief, injury prevention, long-term wellness, and overall longevity. He works with patients of all ages and activity levels, helping everyone from competitive athletes to retirees return to what they love.
Meet the Team
Jordan
Jordan serves as the Office Manager at Monument Sport and Spine, where she creates a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for every patient who walks through the door.
With a Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences from Colorado Mesa University and a natural talent for connecting with people, Jordan is passionate about making each visit smooth, comfortable, and positive from start to finish. Her background helps her understand patient needs and provide thoughtful, compassionate support every day.
A Colorado native who grew up in Rifle before settling in Grand Junction, Jordan stays active and competitive outside the office — you'll often find her on a volleyball court or out on the golf course.
What Drives Us
Our Core Values
Every decision we make — from how we treat patients to how we design care plans — is rooted in these principles.
Patient-First Care
Every treatment plan is built around your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Education & Empowerment
We make sure you understand your condition and recovery — because an informed patient heals better and faster.
Natural Healing
We use the body's own capacity to heal, with drug-free and non-invasive techniques that promote lasting recovery.
Community Commitment
As Grand Junction natives, we're invested in the long-term health and vitality of this community we call home.
Evidence-Based Practice
Our treatments combine clinical evidence with hands-on expertise for outcomes that are both safe and effective.
Welcoming for All
From infants to seniors, athletes to desk workers — every patient is met with the same warmth, respect, and expertise.
